
Eforie Nord
After Mamaia, Eforie
Nord is the Romanian seaside’s second resort in matter of range and
accommodation.
It is
situated on a 30m height cliff, on the very ground which separates
Techirghiol Lake from the Black Sea. The beach stretches on a 4 km
length, reaching 400m width at its Southern end.
The
existence here of Techirghiol Lake, with its curative and
therapeutically qualities together with several treatment basis, have
rendered restfulness and recovering qualities to the resort.
Eforie Sud
Eforie Sud is the Black
Sea’s most stretched resort and was declared “balnear resort” in 1928.
The beach
lies on 1km length, being sheltered by a number of two cliffs. The
treatment sector is organized in specific balneary sanatoriums for
rheumatism, skin diseases and other alterations of the central
pheripherical nervous system. The hotels are concentrated in the
Northern part of the resort, near the Casino.
